Reunion 2010 ....
The 2nd RAAF Airman Aircrew Reunion will be held on Saturday 20th March, 2010 at the Queensland Rugby Club, 91 Clyde Street, Herston. 4006. The Queensland Rugby Club, or better known as 'Ballymore Park', is located within 10 minutes of the Brisbane CBD. The aim of the reunion is to give people the opportunity renewing relationships and reminiscing their RAAF flying days and experiences. Attendance to the reunion is open to all serving and past airman aircrew, airman aircrew associates (pilots, navigators, AEOs and groundies etc) and anybody else who may wish to attend. Reunion 2010 will be a memorable and a rewarding occasion so please do not miss this opportunity. Contact either Colin Coyne or Lance Haslewood. Memorabilia photos and videos will be playing continuously throughout the evening on a large screen in the Murrayfield Room. FUNCTION COSTS Please note that the cost of the 2010 reunion remains the same as for the previous reunion. REGISTRATION FEE: $25.00 per person. This fee is to cover cost of the venue hire plus memorabilia which will be distributed at the reunion dinner. MEET ‘N GREET: $25.00 per person. Finger food will be served between 1400-1500. Payment for the function is requested as soon as possible and would be very much appreciated to ensure sufficient funds are available to pay the deposits for the memorabilia and the venue. REFUND POLICY Final date for notification of non-attendance is Friday 5th March, 2010. Venue requires final figures two weeks in advance of function date. If payment is made and you are unable to attend due to service commitments or unforeseen circumstances the Meet ‘N Greet + Reunion Dinner costs will be refunded in full.
